  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. However, rebooking is allowed once only, subject to availability.

  • Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid ID and provide a Php 2,000 security deposit in cash. The deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

  • We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, JCB, and American Express. We also accept e-wallets such as GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and ShopeePay.
